Rotational body technology
In 1958, we succeeded in developing resin bobbins to replace the traditionally used wooden ones!
We would like to introduce the "Rotating Body Technology" that we handle. The foundation of Nisshinbo's business is "spinning." The bobbins, which are essential for this production, are components used to wind the yarn in processes known as coarse spinning and fine spinning. These bobbins have traditionally been made of wood, but improving their rotational performance has been a challenge. We believed that changing the material from wood to resin would enhance performance, and thus we began development. In the development process, we pursued improvements in specifications required for rotating bodies, such as runout and balance. Utilizing the technology cultivated during this time, we expanded into various fans, including air conditioning units. [Features] ■ Utilization of design and analysis technology necessary for increased strength ■ Utilization of runout and balance technology ■ Applicable to components with rotating elements beyond air conditioning units ■ Meeting customer expectations *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
